We were fortunate to work with Pam. She was the first choice for referral by our Rhinelander realtor neighbors. Always had quick access to viewing homes. Gave us good clues about homes assets and deficits. Knowledgeable and extremely honest/ helpful when we questioned things. Showed a lot of interest in making a good match to our wants/ needs! Knows builders, recurring problems with some homes, area land differences affecting homes and has high expectations for sellers to present their homes well. Not just trying to make a sale. Pam assisted us 8 months. I was surprised at how quickly Pam set up showings , sometimes adding on additional viewings we found within a few minutes. She said we would know when we had a good match and not to worry about passing up some home possibilities that did not meet all our “wants”. Very personable and friendly! Also the added advantage of having her son Phil show us homes when needed. Very quickly completed paperwork. Always available to clarify information and answer questions . A delight to work with! Enjoyed seeing her friendly smile over the course of months!
