Pam is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. Her communication and advise was top notch. She provided a seamless house buying experience! Also, we enjoyed getting to know her and look forward to being Spring Green neighbors!

We worked with Pam Kruschke on the purchase of our home, as well a its eventual sale. In both instances, Pam was responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind. She brings humor and warmth to the process, along with a lot of know-how!

My husband and I have been searching for a home for over a year. We were looking for our "forever home" so we were very picky. Not only were we choosy, but at the time,we lived in another state and were 7 hours away from where we wanted our forever home to be located. None of that deterred Pam. She stayed by our side until we found the "just right" place. Since we lived far away, Pam went to whatever site we asked her to go to and walked through the house via Zoom. She would point out features and potential problems that weren't always noticeable in a quick walk through. She even called a builder/construction person who could answer a question we had and she couldn't answer. I'm glad that we were able to work with Pam. Her guidance was just what we needed.

Pam is wonderful! She is very responsive and knows the market well. I would definitely recommend her and will definitely call her again if I'm buying or selling!

Pam consistently exceeded our expectations. We plan on using her for all of our real estate needs and will be sharing her contact information with others accordingly

Pam Kruschke is the best realtor I have met. Not only is she pleasant to deal with, she also works fast. She moved the closing of the sale of our house to an earlier date when she heard that my husband was at the end of his life. Had we stuck with the original closing date I wouldn't have been able to use my durable power of attorney and the sale would have been considerably delayed, something I didn't know at the time.
