Otto was great. I had asked the relocation company for a realtor suggestion that had some familiarity with farm and land buying/selling. Otto was the name I received and I am very happy that I did. He was very helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond trying to help us get moved, settled, and happy with the decisions made.

Otto Nobis should get a 5 star rating. He is knowledgeable about standards and regulations and worked to gain knowledge of dealing with the corps of engineers leased property. Otto works hard to keep parties informed and asks their preferences. Over my dealings Otto is the best real estate agent I have used, would recommend his services to anyone.

While I was a little nervous about my brother's recommendation to use a friend; I was definitely glad we did. We health with some financing issues on the buyer's side and Otto's recommendations and ability to actively work with the buyer's agent to ensure the sale went through.
