While I was a little nervous about my brother's recommendation to use a friend; I was definitely glad we did. We health with some financing issues on the buyer's side and Otto's recommendations and ability to actively work with the buyer's agent to ensure the sale went through. Otto gave great advice on what repairs to do and not to do saving us time and money. Otto is a great Realtor!
