The first thing I would like to say is, Noel thank you very much for everything you have done for me and my family. I don’t know how we would have been able to navigate and handle everything without you. It has been quite a few years since I last went through the process of selling a house or a piece of property and at my age of 82 years, I truly don’t know if I would have been able to do it without Noel’s help.
Noel came in and made me and my family feel very comfortable, asked some basic questions and asked what I was hoping to get out of sale. Then she went out and hit a home run! Noel ended up getting myself and my family more than we were hoping for. Noel knew exactly when and where and in fact what day was best to market the house to get the most interest and in the end the best offer for us.
Please don’t get me wrong, there were a few snags or a time when things went sideways. It’s to be expected, you just never want it to happen to you. However when that situation arose, Noel stepped up and probably shined the brightest! Noel was always in contact with us, either by email or phone and sometimes both. There were nights that she would still be working at 9:00 at night. She would explain in a way that was very understandable, where we were at or what was happening and how we should proceed. Always with our best interest in mind. At the end of the day Noel always had the ability to make me and my family feel very confident in the situation. To be honest, by the time everything was finished it almost felt like Noel was part of our family, not just our realtor. She cares about the people she represents and the work she does. Noel most definitely holds herself to the highest standards and it shows in the results.
I would definitely recommend Noel Fitzgerald and her team at First Weber Real Estate Services to anyone that is either looking to sell or buy a home. They truly made the whole process extremely easy and satisfying. Noel, thank you again for everything. You are definitely a special person.
Sincerely, Richard Trotter.
