Nikki is truly the best!!! She was there for us through every step of the process from buying our first home to selling it as well. She is so thorough and informative. If she were able to assist us in Mississippi where we are moving I would have no second guesses as who our realtor would be.
Words cannot express how great it was working with Nikki! We were completely uninformed as we were looking for our very first home to purchase. She never let us wonder what was next and what we would need to do next. She was very prompt in all communication and very well informed on what the process for us would be. When the deal was done, I really felt like I lost a friend! But Nikki came through once again. On the new build home, the laundry room was just wide enough for the washing machine and dryer to fit in the room. I say just big enough very lightly. We had to pick the dryer up over the washing machine and slide it in with no room to plug it up. Random conversation with my new friend brought up the issue of not being able to use the laundry room and having to call a contractor to correct the issue on a new home. She reached out to the builder, and he agreed to come back to our house and correct the issue for us at no charge. This is service beyond a contract, and I could not have asked for a better person to help us on our journey to our first new home purchase!!! Nikki is a prime example of what customer service looks like and she meant the words "Clients become friends and I am always here if you want to talk to me!' I have found a new friend through a business deal! Thank you so very much for your hard work and dedication Nikki Lyn Rogers!!!
We HIGHLY recommend Nikki Lyn with 1 N!!!!!!!●From day one, she has gone above and beyond more than anyone ever has. We would call her in the morning to look at 5 homes. She would book them all and show that same day...any day of week. I would have to ask her to say no sometimes! Nikki Lyn was always accommodating.●She is also a VET and would come after training IN uniform to show homes. If THAT'S not dedication, I dont know what is! Nikki Lyn with 1 N is also a new mom. We have seen Luke her baby boy grow into the cutest tiny little man...from crawling thru homes to walking thru them with us and leading the way. We are now Uncle/Auntie and plan to dance at his wedding lol!!! Even the handsomely, dimpled pilot hubby played a hand in showing homes. Definitely a family adventure with each showing.●We saw over 50 homes, were outbid by many and turned our nose at SEVERAL but Nikk Lyn NEVER showed frustration nor complained (at least to us lol). My husband and I do for others soooo much so for a realtor to do the same is priceless.●She is not only our realtor but also our Mary Kay consultant, makeup artist, veteran and now.......friend. Yall call her! You will be amazed at her skills, service and knowledge! She is younger than me but I want to be like her when I grow up. //Thank you Nikki for going above & beyond the call of duty for us. No one would EVER do what you did. Nikki was very helpful throughout the process of house searching. She was considerate and helped us find our first home.
