Words cannot express how great it was working with Nikki! We were completely uninformed as we were looking for our very first home to purchase. She never let us wonder what was next and what we would need to do next. She was very prompt in all communication and very well informed on what the process for us would be. When the deal was done, I really felt like I lost a friend! But Nikki came through once again. On the new build home, the laundry room was just wide enough for the washing machine and dryer to fit in the room. I say just big enough very lightly. We had to pick the dryer up over the washing machine and slide it in with no room to plug it up. Random conversation with my new friend brought up the issue of not being able to use the laundry room and having to call a contractor to correct the issue on a new home. She reached out to the builder, and he agreed to come back to our house and correct the issue for us at no charge. This is service beyond a contract, and I could not have asked for a better person to help us on our journey to our first new home purchase!!! Nikki is a prime example of what customer service looks like and she meant the words "Clients become friends and I am always here if you want to talk to me!'
