We found Nicholas through a home we were interested in on Zillow. We were residing in Texas and looking for a home here Raleigh so the thought of buying remotely was a bit daunting. Turns out that home didn't turn out to be what we were looking for but chose to stick with Nicholas due to how professional as well as his background in the industry. We finally found our dream home after about what 5 or 6 months of going through virtual tour after virtual tour. Nicholas was great at helping us throughout the whole process. We never felt rushed or pressured in trying to make a decision even after countless virtual tours he did for us. He was quick to understand what we were looking for and what sort of things were a turn off for us. We would find home that looked great in the feeds and as we would do each virtual tour, he would point things that might be a concern for us but not for others which saved us a lot of trips going back and forth from Texas to NC. We could not be happier with our new home, and we honestly feel that we had the best realtor that Raleigh has to offer. Nicholas did so many things that most realtors would have never done to help us out. He is so kind, professional such a pleasure to work with. Honestly working with Nicholas was more like working with an old friend than working with a realtor. He made the entire process a pleasure. If we ever buy a 2nd home or relocate again in the area it will be with Nicholas, no questions asked!

My husband and I met Nicholas at an open house in one of the neighborhoods we were looking at homes in. I was happy to hear that he was an agent with Coldwell Banker, a brokerage I know well and trust with experienced and knowledgeable agents. Nicholas exceeded our expectations. Nicholas took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking for, and he set up a search where we received emails of homes that matched our criteria. Nicholas knew the timeframe for when we would be looking to purchase a home might be anywhere from 6 months to a year from the time we met him, and he was very understanding and patient. When we reached out to Nicholas to schedule time to tour some homes, he was very accommodating, and he spent the majority of his day with us. Lucky for all of us, my husband and I found a home that we decided to put an offer in on. Nicholas was very detailed and thorough describing the offer process and the NC laws/requirements since we currently live in VA. After some negotiations with the owners, our offer was accepted! Nicholas stayed in touch with our lender up until closing, he made time to be there for the inspection, and he described the contract and closing process in detail. We would highly recommend Nicholas to friends and family if they have any real estate needs in NC! He is a true professional who is responsive, outgoing, knowledgeable, and detailed!

Mr. Martinez is very professional. He always answered any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer, he would find out the answer. He is very easy to get along with. The program he uses to sign paperwork called Dotloop it makes the process so simple. I would highly recommend Nicholas if you're in the business of buying or selling a house. He would be the guy for the job and I enjoyed working with him.
