Miriem was a DREAM to work with selling our home in Utah while lived out of state! Seriously can't say enough good things about our experience working with her. We reached out to her 6 months before we were ready to sell and she hopped on a call with me and told me all the pros and cons of selling at different times and what she would recommend. She got EVERYTHING ready for us (cleaned after renters, staged, painted, etc) and sent pics/videos with updates to make me feel at ease during the whole listing process. The staging she chose made our house look amazing and I was so excited for the listing pictures! I think all the detailed prep work she does on the up front and the research into pricing she did, helped our sale so much. Throughout negotiations, she took the time to explain what things meant to us as this was the first time we sold a home. She had our back and gave us all the information we needed to make decisions we felt comfortable with. My husband and I loved working with Miriem! In the beginning of the process, she helped us understand what it was we were looking for. We are first-time home buyers, and didn't know how to articulate what we hoped to find. She did this by noticing themes in what we liked and didn't like about homes, and reflecting it back to us, helping us put words around our preferences. Also, she encouraged us to continue looking at more homes to better hone our wants and needs. My husband had a more specific idea in mind, and she helped us communicate with each other about why we did or didn't like certain homes. There's no awkward moments with Miriem, and she'll never pressure you to buy something you don't love. I would recommend her to anyone!
We loved working with Miriam! Her approach was so different than the realtor we were working with before and I felt so much better about the process. We started with a conference call consult to answer questions and set expectations. Her broker ended up offering a slightly better deal than ours, and the process went really fast!
