Our realtor Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a home can be overwhelming but Michelle walked us through every step and explained things to me & my wife very thorough. It was such a great experience working with coldwell banker realtor Michelle Roberts. Highly recommend. Would give 100 stars if we could

This was our first time selling and buying a home at the same time. I can only imagine how stressful this would have been if not for Michelle. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and her attention to detail was remarkable. Any concerns or issues we had at any point in the process, she addressed them quickly and always communicated with us about everything. There were so many times she went above and beyond to make sure we got the outcome we wanted and to make this the best experience possible. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, experience, commitment and compassion. She is an amazing Realtor and I promise you won’t regret working with her! Thank you again Michelle!!!

Michelle was our agent for selling our home and purchasing our new home. She went above and beyond in every step of the process to make it as pleasant and stress free as possible. We are so grateful for her!

We have bought and sold 3 homes throughout our career and Michelle was by far the best realtor we had and its not even close! She is really the whole package when it comes to what a buyer would look for in a realtor. It was like she was two steps ahead of everyone at every turn. If there was a document or a request Michelle already had the ground work laid so we barely had to do any lifting at all. She was dedicated to us from day one to closing, our buying process was a bit unconventional but through two years that we worked with her before we closed any question/request we had Michelle was on top of it. When we finally decided to purchase a home through loan assumption she was quick to set everything that we needed up and also provided immense support throughout the long and tedious assumption process. On top of her dedication, organization, and down right outstanding effort that she put forth everyday she was also an advocate for us as buyers. She would take the time to read and explain any documents that we had and if there was something in the writing that was off she was quick to call it out and get it corrected for us. This homebuying process would have been an absolute nightmare if it wasn't for Michelle we are so lucky to have had her as a Realtor and in the future would definitely use her again in a heartbeat.

Michelle was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. From the beginning stages when I was extremely particular in the home I wanted, to the numerous home walk throughs, down to the end with entire process taking a year and a half. This is the third house we have bought and the 6th realtor we have worked with and we will never work with anyone else again!
