Micheal Murphy has gone out of his way to facilitate this transaction; with my out of state presents, he has provided the necessary information for utilities, contractors, etc. and offered an insurance agent that wrote my homeowner’s policy. I could not be more pleased with Michael’s professionalism and execution of his role. 100% satisfied.

Can't say enough great things about Michael Murphy. We live in Ohio and wanted to buy a home in Tuscon to use as a rental in the short-term and retire to in 4 to 5 years.
