I had worked with Mike Murphy once before when buying a house. This time I was selling my condo and he was a great agent to work with. I ended up quickly getting a cash buyer with a quick close, above my listed price! I would definitely recommend him to friends. I've worked with many realtors in the past and I think because he has a lot of experience and he knows the whole area well, he is a great person to work with. As the seller, I felt he definitely advocated for me and that is what made the sale so successful.
