For this review I wanted to highlight how amazing Melanie Hughes is. She is thoughtful, caring, kind, no-pressure, and yet has years of experience to give you great advice when you ask for it. We bought our house 5 years ago with Melanie and we sought her out again to sell our house when it was time to move away for my job. Even while out of state, Melanie made everything work smoothly for us and she went above and beyond to always check on the empty house, even communicate with some of our former neighbors, and help us with utilities so the house stayed warm throughout the winter.

Melanie is the ideal realtor. We had met with several before hand and none gave us the confidence Melanie did. She was always reachable and very politely answered every question we had regardless of how silly it may have been. She was top notch at explaining complex topics that my wife and I were worried we’d be unable to understand without extensive research. Her professionalism was unrivaled and her communication skills with all the parties involved was about as good as a buyer could hope for saving us tons of time and stress. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the current market conditions. We will continue to use her for any future real estate needs we may have and will recommend her to anyone even remotely interested in buying or selling property.
