We began our home search in Sioux Falls around February 2026 by submitting a request to a realty website. Rebecca Ohayon picked up our request and responded quickly. From our first conversation, Rebecca put us at ease with the process and immediately set us up with our filters to send us notifications automatically on houses as they came on the market. Rebecca responded quickly to all of our inquiries over the following months, and we travelled to Sioux Falls in July to look at houses in person. Rebecca joined us for several days and provided valuable information about neighborhoods and houses while remaining neutral so we could make our decision on our own. Once we chose the home we wanted, Rebecca guided us through the offer process, inspection and all activities quickly while coordinating very well with the sellers and their agent. We feel Rebecca truly wanted us to find what we were comfortable with versus just making a sale. We would 100% recommend her to anyone moving to Sioux Falls.
We were relicating from out of state, and Matt was available and helpful during the whole process. He was even available for our questions and concerns related to the out of state home we were selling offering advice and support. He kept us informed and was proactive in making sure we knew what to expect along the way. He also made sure things were done with the home we were buying and didn't just wait to see. His determination to help us get moved was so amazing and reassuring that it would happen. 100% the right person to help us get our new home.
She was so great to work with! Shannen made the whole process fun and easy and really advocated for me in negotiations. After closing she helped me take care of a few different issues we had and her husband even came over and did some maintenance on my garage door when we were having issues with it. I’m so glad she was my realtor through the whole process!
