With the current housing market, it was a challenge to find a home that would fit my needs and price range. When i say challenging, my search lasted for over 2 years. Becky Funk was very flexible and promptly got us in to see every house we wanted. She was available evenings and weekends and answered all of our questions. When she didn't know the answer to something, she was honest with us and followed up with the answer later. The market is horrible, but Becky helped us through it!

Becky was so great at helping me through the purchase of my first home! She was professional and at the same time caring and sensitive to my emotional roller coaster through the process, which I have not encountered in the realtor my folks had when I accompanied them purchasing a new home. Becky was also very knowledgeable, and also admitted when she didn't know the answer to my question and got back to me right away after she had sleuthed out the answer.Becky started by helping me narrow down house attributes, locations, and a price range to target and helped me to think about more than just the obvious qualities of a house, as well as pointing me to useful online tools to help. She sent relevant listings and encouraged me to send her my thoughts on my top picks or why certain places did not meet my criteria so she could better tailor her search for me. She was very flexible in scheduling the walkthroughs and made sure to check the things that I wouldn't think to pay attention to (do all the windows open smoothly / were there any cracks in the foundation in the basement / was there any evidence of water staining under the sinks and in the basement). This was very helpful in deciding whether to make an offer and for how much. In making the offer, Becky was very helpful in helping me narrow in on what would be a competitive offer and in deciding what contingencies to hold onto vs. let go. Once the offer was in, Becky was on top of the very time-sensitive process and kept me updated with info and requests from the seller's agent. I can report that I slept easy every night knowing that Becky had my back! Once I had an accepted offer, Becky helped me with the (also quite time-sensitive) steps to get to closing on time and with everything squared away. Closing was a breeze, and I'm so So SO happy with my new home!!!Thank you so much, Becky!!!

We loved working with Keith and Taylor! As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect when beginning our journey. Keith and Taylor met with us in person, learned about our story, shared their story, and asked us to share what our dream home would look like. By the end of our first meeting, we were blown away that we already had a few homes lined up to tour the next morning!Once touring the homes, Keith was extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in the quality of the home. On the first day of touring homes, we fell in love with a home that hit everything in our “dream home” checklist! Keith reassured us that it doesn’t always have to take months to find your dream home and that it is okay to offer on one of the first homes you see.Keith was very helpful in determining what the offer should be to be competitive while staying realistic.Throughout the closing process, Keith kept us informed of next steps, shared contractors information with us, and was very punctual. The process of searching for a home with Keith started on October 1st and we closed on our home November 12th. It feels surreal that the whole process took us only over a month to complete.
