The first time that I had the pleasure of working with McCullough was in 2007. We were relocating to the High Point area and looking to purchase a home. I'm not quite sure how we ended up finding her as our realtor but am certianly glad that we did. I kid you not we must have looked at at least 100 houses if not more. They either were not the ONE or already under contract as we pulled in the driveway! McCullough just kept saying "It's ok, she's out there, we just have to keep looking!" And that we did, as our search continued; after an entire weekend of looking and nearing darkness she pulled into a driveway of a house that we didn't have on our list. We got out and took one look from the outside and said "This could be it!" McCullough made a call for a quick showing but found that the house was going to be off the market as we stood there dying to see the inside. She made a few phone calls and was able to have them hold on while we ran inside. We knew this was our next home! We purchased the really big yard with the cute little house attached for our three four legged children. I sold my place in Florida last year and wanted to purchase another home in the area for retirement and knew just who to call. The one, the only McCullough Woodward!!! I had a laundry list of wants but also had a list of what was acceptable given certian areas. McCullough worked diligently to give me information about each area, we looked at houses in the rain, sleet and snow. We looked at houses during the longest coldest consecutive days in the Traiads history this year and while I didn't get everything on my list in the house we found, I certianly got everything I needed! I learned that a very important lesson from McCullough even after having bought six other houses in my lifetime and that was not just about location, it was about "what is enough?" and believe me when I say that I got just the perfect amount of "enough" at the right price! If I get the notion to ever purchase another home, I'll be calling McCullough Woodard once again and recomend her without hesitation.
