With both the purchase of our previous house and the selling of this past house, Matt has been nothing but excellent! He made suggestions for selling the house that we had never thought of and was with us every step of the process. He was patient with us and the communication was top notch. He made selling the house very easy and we would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. We said we're never moving again, but if we ever need another realtor in the area we will definitely use Matt.

Our sale had its complexities, due to an international element, that made some of the time frames and transactions more difficult, because there were a lot of firsts for everyone involved, but he was willing to seek information when we needed additional guidance and support. I appreciated his prompt communication. Overall, good experience!
