Mary exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. She kept us informed at every step, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever my mom or I had questions or needed guidance. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Mary made it feel effortless. We are extremely grateful for her professionalism, expertise, and caring approach.

Mary Steinke and Joelle Gosda Steinke are phenomenal realtors . They put their hearts and hands and heads into helping us sell a house , or to find the house that meets our needs and makes us happy. They bring joy and compassion and expertise into this staggering process of buying and selling homes . Their faith carries the entire process because they believe in the good and they don’t give up . This matters so much when buying or selling our homes . They are steady and hold calm even when I was ( often) flustered or panicked or not patient . And they are a good team with complementary strengths and temperaments . I turn to them for advice even when they are no longer my realtor . They always help because that’s who they are and what they do. I have been very fortunate to have them as my realtors on several occasions . And as much as I dislike buying and selling houses , I miss them when our projects are completed .

Excellent, kept me informed, helped me make the right decisions and made the effort to make it as easy as possible for me to accomplish the fair sale of my home. Thank you

My house requirements were very specific and it sometimes seemed that this current market would not have the house we needed. Mary was very positive and secure in her confidence and belief that the right house existed. Her positivity and cheerfulness , which is rooted in her optimistic nature, supported me in necessary moments! Mary looked and searched for the right house. And when she found it she moved quickly to insure I’d have a good chance for submitting an offer. And once the offer was accepted, Mary applied her extensive experience to address some challenges which arose. Her dedication to helping her clients and her professional know-how work powerfully together to come to closing prepared and ready to take possession of your new home.

We just sold our father’s home with Mary Steinke and Joelle Gosda! As you can imagine it was an emotional time for us being our childhood home. We felt so well cared for in the whole process! Just really fantastic communication all the way through. We were never left guessing what was going or how to proceed. Thank you Mary and Joelle, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Mary was excellent to work with. She was always on top of things and kept the process moving along. She made sure things got done on time and that nothing fell trough the cracks.

Mary is a true professional. She is extremely knowledgeable in regard to the housing market, she is responsive, she provided excellent guidance and was there whenever we needed her. She can walk into a home and provide valuable wisdom as to the state of the home and if it was overvalued or not. We were successful in our home search and purchase because of Mary's guidance. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Mary Steinke an awesome person. Its a difficult time to being a buyer. Bidding, getting rejected, touring, home inspections, all part of the process of buying a home is certainly a big challenge. I found Mary a positive, hard working and pushes to help her client. I have known her over 50 yrs and shes a hardworking lady. The respect people have for her is wonderful to see. Hopefully I'm done buying and selling for awhile but when its time I will contact Mary Steinke. Nancy Whitmore

A pleasure to work with

Mary and Brian were absolutely fantastic. Every step of the way they seamlessly linked together every step, both relationally and professionally, making me feel involved and cared about. I could not recommend them more as realtors. I absolutely love them.
