Mary Steinke and Joelle Gosda Steinke are phenomenal realtors . They put their hearts and hands and heads into helping us sell a house , or to find the house that meets our needs and makes us happy. They bring joy and compassion and expertise into this staggering process of buying and selling homes . Their faith carries the entire process because they believe in the good and they don’t give up . This matters so much when buying or selling our homes . They are steady and hold calm even when I was ( often) flustered or panicked or not patient . And they are a good team with complementary strengths and temperaments . I turn to them for advice even when they are no longer my realtor . They always help because that’s who they are and what they do. I have been very fortunate to have them as my realtors on several occasions . And as much as I dislike buying and selling houses , I miss them when our projects are completed .
