Once upon a time there was a lovely couple named Bruce and Nila. they were living in a nice doublewide, but not really happy because the land wasn't theirs. Bruce thought he could find them a place and scoured the classifieds, the magazines, and the online ads and drove miles and miles without any results. In early February, my husband and I decided it was time to buy a house. Our time was almost up in the rental we were in, so if we were going to to do it, we had to act fast. We needed to find a realtor, but whom? I remembered Mary from church. When I called Mary and explained everything, she immediately got to work, finding us listings of homes in our price range. Before long we found one that we fell in love with and made an offer.
