Once upon a time there was a lovely couple named Bruce and Nila. they were living in a nice doublewide, but not really happy because the land wasn't theirs. Bruce thought he could find them a place and scoured the classifieds, the magazines, and the online ads and drove miles and miles without any results. He really dreaded to call an agent, but had a recommendation from an old friend and decided to give it a try. It was then he saw a sign with Mary Soria's name on it. Mary Soria set out on the task to find Bruce the right place to call home. Then one day Mary gave them a call, "I've got a place I'd love to show you, and you're going to love it!" Mary graciously showed the home and answered all of the questions with the knowledge that comes with the many years of selling homes and even brought up ideas to better landscape and decorating the home. This was a challenge, this was great! Now, everyone knows that there are a hundred and one things to do when buying a home, and lots of questions and things to research. Mary enthusiastically researched everything needed to answer all of our questions. Mary made the process of buying a home simple. We are extremely happy with our new home!
