Mary did a wonderful job as our realtor. She was able to help us get our home ready to sell by connecting us with HOMEstretch who installed carpet and painted the interior at a reasonable price. She advocated for us at every opportunity. Friendly and professional, Mary clearly cared a great deal and worked hard for us throughout the entire process.

Off to a rough start because of the weather (-17) but with patience we reached a compromising goal for settlement! Mary and her Team did an amazing job, constantly working together. Hoping the new family will enjoy as our family did. Thanks to Mary and Team.

We are very grateful of the help we got to purchase our home. Mary was very supportive and helpful pus get what we really wanted. Thanks so much!

5 Star Review

Mary earned the five star rating in all of the categories because her depth of knowledge is coupled with tremendous energy. She simply did a fantastic job. There were interesting twists and turns in our journey and she helped us navigate through the process with clear and timely communication. She was always professional and she unceasingly worked toward our objectives. Mary was very responsive to our requests and was able to show us properties via Zoom when we were unable to view them in person. When we were able to view the properties in person, Mary arranged for us to see more properties that were in our price range and fit our needs and desires. Additionally, she showed us around town and helped us feel welcome in Madison. With Mary as our guide, we were able to find a very nice home in a great location.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor than Mary Gandolfo!! She kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. She was very meticulous about every step of the process. Any questions or concerns were IMMEDIATELY answered. She went above and beyond for every need we had. Also she gave us information of contacts where we were buying. WE have NEVER sold a home so fast and for the asking price!! It sold the first day it was shown. If anyone needs a realtor in Madison Wisconsin please get in touch with Mary Gondolfo first!! Thank you Mary for making the sell of our home so easy! Andy & Lisa
