Mark Wallis is “the best” realtor we have ever worked with, ever! He is detail oriented, careful, thoughtful, well organized, meticulous, personable, respectful, simply the best. We have used him for over a decade, and trust him completely with any real estate transactions. He has never let us down, and never steered us wrong.

Mark Wallis is the best realtor we have worked with in our many home purchases. He is thorough, informed, professional, and knows the market. He has also been instrumental in helping us in marketing rentals and finding tenants for us. I can’t envision working with any other realtor than Mark.

Simply put, Mark Wallis is THE best realtor in the business. I’m sure there are others out there that are good. But in the roughly ten years we have worked with Mark, we have not once had an issue in the process of buying, selling, or searching for properties. Mark goes above and beyond, is very detail oriented, knows his market, and how to get things done right. If I could give 10 stars, I would give him 11.

Great

Mark Wallis is, by far, THE best realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Mark always goes above and beyond, whether helping with selling, buying, or finding a tenant for a rental. He is always professional, but super easy to work with. Honestly, Mark has never failed us in his assistance over the years. There just aren’t enough words to express our gratitude for his assistance. Thank you, Mark Wallis, you rock!

Mark, thank you for always making it such a smooth process on selling my homes. My experience has been excellent.

A 5 star recomendation for Mark Wallis. He fulfilled every expection and more. We were blessed to have him assist in the selling of our home.

I had complete confidence in Mark's high level of professionalism and obvious expertise from the very beginning, and he did not disappoint! He provided me top-notch service every step of the way and lead me to a fast and easy close.

We came across Mark by chance when another realtor who came highly recommended to us did not work out, and I’m so glad we did. Mark really stepped up and helped us find the most perfect rental property to meet our needs when we moved to Texas last year. We were so pleased, we told Mark our goal was to purchase a home after a year and we will definitely reach out to him to assist. We did so and, once again, Mark was amazing. He is very patient, knowledgeable and communicative. Mark makes sure we are happy, satisfied and have all our questions answered. He points out things we should be concerned about and things we should look out for. He truly just makes the process as smooth as possible. We would definitely reach out to him for any future real estate transactions we may look to enter into and also will always recommend him to anyone who maybe looking for a realtor.

Mark Wallis went way beyond my expectations as a realtor. He was always there when I had a question or concern, never fail to answer a call and give me the help I needed. so in my opinion, he is a number one realtor.
