No need to go negative here.! We both learned a few things along the way with our first sale ever of a property. We had great Communication and suggestions from both sides were considered and acted upon in a timely manner. This sale was complicated by the fact that we were, and had been in Germany for 1 1/2 years before the sale. The Complications of dealing with a Condominium complex and its Management Co. with the associated lack of communication and information from them was handled better than could be expected. Unfortunately the sale went via a third party Realtor reducing Marissa's commission. All in all, we made a deal that I think all parties can be happy with!

Why does'nt this have more than five stars?@! First of all, Marissa is one of the most attractive women we have ever had in the many agents Maria and I have had in the number of years we have been associated with real estate. As a matter of fact I was a commerc ial and residential appraiser in Utah, and Oregon for more than 39 years amd was was a ReMax broker and home inspector for a couple a couple of years after that. We have also worked with several agents here in the lizard state siince 2019 puchasing and selling three homes before our FINAL purchase on October 31st with Marissa, who is going to sell our 3rd home in PSL. She is not only one of the most "simpatic" people I have ever met, but she has gone far beyond the call of duty to help Maria and I in many aspects of the buying and selling process. That's not to mention taking extra steps in helping us locate recources needed in making our move and settlement in our new home far less stressful. Her energy and compassion seems to be boundless. While our hope is to never go through the stress, pshychological trauma, and costs associated with changing addresses again, I would not think more than a second to highly recomment Marissa - you can take that to the bank!
