No need to go negative here.! We both learned a few things along the way with our first sale ever of a property. We had great Communication and suggestions from both sides were considered and acted upon in a timely manner. This sale was complicated by the fact that we were, and had been in Germany for 1 1/2 years before the sale. The Complications of dealing with a Condominium complex and its Management Co. with the associated lack of communication and information from them was handled better than could be expected. Unfortunately the sale went via a third party Realtor reducing Marissa's commission. All in all, we made a deal that I think all parties can be happy with!
