You need to work with someone who understands the local market, understands your needs and give honest feedback about what is going to work for you or not. Marissa is communicative, driven and perhaps most importantly, a pleasure to spend time with. If you need to spend hours with an agent visiting listings, you want to actually enjoy spending time with them. When it came time to purchase and actually close the deal, Marissa took the time to always make sure we fully understood what was happening, to make sure we were comfortable and felt heard in what can be an overwhelming, fast-paced process. Prior to that she also took her time to explain what to expect in the house buying process, and she also helped arrange walk through inspections that was invaluable to us in the bidding process. After we closed she continued to work tirelessly to help us arrange contractor work, and take care of little details to make our lives easier.
