We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Maricela Carias while purchasing our first home. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed extra guidance, and she was there for us every single step of the way.
Maricela was incredibly proactive, patient, and always responsive. No matter how small our question was, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of every detail and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish.
We truly felt supported and cared for, and that made all the difference during such an important milestone in our lives. We highly recommend Maricela to anyone looking to buy or sell a home — especially first-time buyers. You’ll be in amazing hands!
We are so grateful for Maricela and her attention to our needs in finding just the right home to purchase. She listened & provided feedback for all questions we had. Her research on each home we visited was helpful and provided us the data one would like to know before walking the home. Our first impression of Maricela, meeting her at an open house, was the reason we reached out to her to represent us in our search and final purchase of our new home.
I cannot thank Maricela enough for helping me sell my first home I ever bought to take a giant step forward in my life. She made the selling process extremely easy and did a ton of the behind the scenes work for me. She is a complete lifesaver! With a lot of big life events going on in my life at the same time, I definitely couldn't have done this without her. This home was super special to me and my little family and with her help, the transition out was as smooth at it could be with all the contributing factors. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone and will call her in the future!

Maricela Nunez has been very professional but most importantly personable. She gave us advice on necessary improvements of the home before listing. Also we worked closely on price market analysis and she gave us fact data which helped us get the right market price. She maintained good communication and always went the extra mile. She did a excellent job showcasing our house online with photos and video. We would give Maricela our highest recommendation.
Working with Maricela was fantastic. She went beyond our expectations. She was helpful and professional. Maricela was available and willing to evacuate all our questions. She is a very caring realtor. As her clients, we felt appreciated and valued. We highly recommend working with Maricela. She is outstanding!
Maricela was an absolute joy to work with. She had our home sold in less than 48 hours and took care of everything. Completely stress free transition. So thankful for all of the help she provided our family.
Maricella Carias has been by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with dozens of agents over the years. We could not have purchased this land without her outstanding service and dedication. Not only did she help us negotiate a great deal in a competitive market but she worked daily with us over a 90 day land study to perform all of the due diligence. She worked countless hours and personally went to the county offices numerous times to file the septic and other permits on our behalf. She helped us get everyone we needed surveyor, soil scientist, and builder. She guided us with all of the many steps, rules and regulations we had to get done to ensure we were getting a property that worked for our needs. When we faced availability challenges she found several alternative professionals who could meet our timeline. We faced several setbacks out of her control and all the while she was willing to meet them head on with determination to solve the many problems. The whole time Maricella put our interests above her own. My wife and I trusted that she only wanted what was best for us even if that meant not buying the property. In the end we closed on the property of our dreams. I could not recommend Maricella highly enough to anyone that needs a knowledgeable, smart, and caring real estate professional. She has become part of our family and has stayed in touch continuing to help us long after the closing of the property.
