We loved working with Marcia. She was very responsive, extremely professional and overall a pleasure to work with her!

Our agent (Marsha) was excellent

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Marcia Pluess who I choose to help sell my property on Chickaree Lake in the Town of Cloverland, Vilas County. I marvelled at her technique of analyzing every recent sale of similar properties in the vicinity of mine, to come up with the asking price that led to the offer from the person who eventually bought my home. Once her asking price was published it took four days to get the accepted offer. Was she knowledgeable and informative? Absolutely! Like no other agent I've ever worked with. Was she professional? Truly! The kind of professional the First Weber should feel honored to have on staff. Was she responsive? Definitely! Always there to answer every question! Did she work toward my objective? Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! All the way to the closing date! I will always be thankful for the day I was introduced to Marcia Pluess. Thank you Marcia for all you've done!

Marcia is the best realtor in the area! She listened to what we were looking for in a home and helped us get our dream house! She was available almost anytime day or night, even on weekends for questions we had along the way. She also was more than accommodating with our 3 young kids coming on tours and being in the office while working on offers. She is the top choice for helping you find your dream home.

I had a great experience with Marcia. Highly recommend her; especially in regards to how well she listened to me and how she treated me with respect. She has a very caring heart. There were moments of uncertainty, but she always made sure to get the correct answer. It took a little while, but we got the mission accomplished very well. Excellent job!

Thank you for your time and dedication ☺️

We would HIGHLY recommend Marcia. She met all our needs. She was always there if we had any questions or concerns. She went above her professionalism to always make sure we we're happy. Very honest realtor. She wasn't just worried about making her commission. Marcia wanted us to be happy with our new home. Which we are and so Happy we went with Marcia!!
