Louise was the perfect agent to help us find our home. We met her by chance at an open house, and from the very beginning, she went above and beyond. Louise was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and always communicated information clearly and thoughtfully. She made special accommodations for our demanding schedule, including showing us homes remotely and making herself available for weekend and evening phone conversations. Her dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile - even during her personal time - made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful to her in finding our home and highly recommend Louise to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Louise was helpful, professional, kind, and responsive from the moment we requested that she help us sell our home to the final closing hours. She works with another person named Kerry, and as a team, they are impeccable. They complement one another and are engaged with the process in all the ways that were most immensely beneficial and helpful to us. We accomplished the goal we sought, and we enjoyed the warmth and responsiveness Louise offered at every turn. Louise's strategies and her follow-through are worth noting, and her familiarity with the market and with the local trends proved to be hugely important to us. I would recommend Louise -- and Kerry Tarigo -- to anyone. We will be grateful to them for many years to come.

Relocating from Italy, I needed a realtor who truly understood my needs from a distance, and my experience with Louise Decker exceeded my expectations. She was very knowledgeable about the area, quickly picked up on my preferences, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She went out of her way to arrange a virtual visit of the houses I was interested in and in the end she found the perfect short term rental for me. I am looking forward to continuing to work with her as I search for a more permanent home. Highly recommend!

Louise is an exceptional realtor with deep knowledge of the local market. She initially helped us as a rental agent when we moved to the area and needed temporary housing. Beyond assisting with the lease and rental logistics, she gave valuable advice about the neighborhood, suggested local activities, and even helped us secure a school for our son just one month before the academic year began. Her professionalism made a lasting impression, so we hired her again to help us purchase a home. Throughout the entire process, she was present, responsive, and highly supportive — from finding the ideal location and negotiating with other agents to recommending essential services. Thanks to her, our home-buying experience was smooth and stress-free.

Louise Decker is very knowledgable and was a pleasure to work with selling our house. She informed us thoroughly about the market and every step in the home selling process. She was always available and responded promptly to our questions, concerns and calls. She helped us analyze offers and eventually negotiate the final sale. The Team of Louise Decker and Kerry Tarigo are dedicated professionals that went above and beyond to help us!

Louise was wonderful to work with. She was patient throughout our process of finding the right home and was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the locations we were looking. She helped us find the perfect home for our family and would highly recommend her to others.

We highly recommend Louise to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Louise expertly managed the sale of our condo and purchase of our new townhome. She is a very skilled negotiator and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her advice and strategies were a huge advantage in navigating this competitive real estate market. She cares deeply and always made time for any questions we had throughout the process. This was the second time we worked with Louise and we are so grateful for her guidance and expertise!

Louise exceeded my expectations for the sale of my home. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and assertive to get things done. Louise was my realtor when I bought the house and was so impressive that I reached out to her to sell it. She did an outstanding job and will be my realtor for my next home purchase!

Louise Decker was everything her bio promised. I needed a summer rental on a budget with special needs in Spring Lake NJ. Faint hope! The market for summer rentals in Spring Lake are sky high rents and homeowners dictate terms. In a week, Louise found exactly what I needed despite the difficult parameters. Now, this was not a lucrative job for Louise, but she jumped in and got what I needed quickly;simply because I was a client for which she could solve a problem. She followed up daily with me, sometimes more often, with emails and phone calls. She was kind and interested. No other agent in Spring Lake even bothered to respond to my queries. I recommend Louise whole-heartedly!

We had a great experience with with Louise, who was a consummate pro throughout our home sale process. Highly experienced, deeply knowledgeable and extremely responsive, Louise knows how to get things done, from strategy to staging and contract to closing.
