Louise Decker was everything her bio promised. I needed a summer rental on a budget with special needs in Spring Lake NJ. Faint hope! The market for summer rentals in Spring Lake are sky high rents and homeowners dictate terms. In a week, Louise found exactly what I needed despite the difficult parameters. Now, this was not a lucrative job for Louise, but she jumped in and got what I needed quickly;simply because I was a client for which she could solve a problem. She followed up daily with me, sometimes more often, with emails and phone calls. She was kind and interested. No other agent in Spring Lake even bothered to respond to my queries. I recommend Louise whole-heartedly!
