Louise and I hit it off the first day I met her. I outlined what I needed and the reasons and she understood immediately. The search began and throughout she guided me through multiple locations builders and properties until we found what I felt was a good fit . She guided me through the buying process and felt confident she had my back . I am eternally grateful to her for the positive experience and the friendship and advice received. Thank you

Louise was wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help make it a smooth transaction.

Louise was very responsive, took the time to understand our needs, and was there to help us though the whole process.

Loise is beyond 5 stars! She is such a fantastically hard worker and so dedicated to our journey of finding a perfect home for us and buyers for our house. we couldn't have asked for a better partner!

Louise was perfect. Always kept us in loop and informed. Very courteous professional, and personable. Treated our family like her family. Attention to detail and very pleasant. Would recommend her to my friends and family knowing she would be honest and trustworthy.

Nicole was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She communicated clearly and consistently, kept everything on track, and made the process smooth for everyone involved. Most importantly, she truly advocated for her clients and ensured they found the right home. I’d absolutely work with her again.

Louise went above and beyond to make sure that the home selling experience was as streamlined as possible. She communicated weekly with me to ensure that I was up-to-date on everything associated with the sale process and patiently explained what each step of the process was for.

Louise is the most incredible person and agent. She took me step by step through the process and advocated for me with exactly what I needed and wanted. Completely helped the entire time. I highly recommend her to help you as well.

Louise Bates is the consummate professional. She remained in touch with the selling agent to ensure that all my needs were met and kept me apprised of the progress. Due to the nature of this particular sale, (this being a model home purchase with the sales office based out of it, this was a 2 1/2 year + process). She even managed to get me concessions from the selling agent by being a master negotiator. I truly appreciate her dedication to her craft and providing the best possible service available.

Louise Bates was phenomenal in helping us relocate from Atlanta to Northern Colorado. We were initially paired with her for a community tour when in town for job interviews. She was incredibly thorough and spent many hours with us, showing us around the Fort Collins and surrounding towns. When we finalized our decision to move, we knew we wanted to work with her to find a home. We flew in for a few days, and she spent countless hours with us during our house hunt. She has a wealth of knowledge - not only about the area but about different things to consider that we hadn't thought about. It was obvious that she was looking out for us throughout the process. When looking at new constructions, she helped bridge the knowledge gap with builders and asked pertinent questions. She also had a keen eye within the homes. She connected with our teenage son during this process and helped him get excited about such a big move during his high school years. During the months between us going under contract and then closing, she was in touch with us regularly, which we appreciated very much as we were navigating a cross-country move. She was quick to send resources and connections that were helpful. She was truly with us every step of the way. It is clear that she truly loves what she does, and the excitement for her clients is palpable. We are overwhelmingly grateful for her and would never use anyone else!
