Louise Bates was phenomenal in helping us relocate from Atlanta to Northern Colorado. We were initially paired with her for a community tour when in town for job interviews. She was incredibly thorough and spent many hours with us, showing us around the Fort Collins and surrounding towns. When we finalized our decision to move, we knew we wanted to work with her to find a home. We flew in for a few days, and she spent countless hours with us during our house hunt. She has a wealth of knowledge - not only about the area but about different things to consider that we hadn't thought about. It was obvious that she was looking out for us throughout the process. When looking at new constructions, she helped bridge the knowledge gap with builders and asked pertinent questions. She also had a keen eye within the homes. She connected with our teenage son during this process and helped him get excited about such a big move during his high school years. During the months between us going under contract and then closing, she was in touch with us regularly, which we appreciated very much as we were navigating a cross-country move. She was quick to send resources and connections that were helpful. She was truly with us every step of the way. It is clear that she truly loves what she does, and the excitement for her clients is palpable. We are overwhelmingly grateful for her and would never use anyone else!
