Louie is completely dedicated to his customers. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I sell our vacation home in Kure Beach NC. While 68 other units were for sale for extended periods of time, Louie was able to get a signed contract to purchase in 3 days, and the price we closed on on July 15 2025 was an all time high for our location. He stayed on top of everything and forgot nothing. I retired as an electrical engineering manager for Duke Energy, and Louie was better at managing my listing than most of my peers.
