I can not thank Lorenzo enough for all his help in buying my first new home! He treated me more like family than a client. From the start till after closing Lorenzo was always there to assist and answer any questions, along with always communicating everything that was going on. Even when unexpected issues showed up the whole team worked together to make the transition as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend using Lorenzo when buying a home!
We have used Coldwell Bankers, Vince and Lorenzo in selling and buying twice . They were terrific in all aspects, they were right on top of things in all steps thru the whole process.., and help guide us in the right direction when needed.
We could not have done it without them!!
Would highly recommend them to all our friends and relatives!!
Guys you did a terrific job for us !!
Lorenzo went above and beyond helping me and my husband find our new home. I was very inexperienced being a first time homeowner and Lorenzo made sure we knew exactly what to do and he arranged so much for us. We are so grateful and I’ll be recommending him to all my friends for future home purchases!!
