Lisa N with Lake Norman Realty was such a pleasure to work with. Her and I have been in conversations for at least one year. She kept in touch as we discussed my options & strategy with the sale of my home. Not only did we discuss my home being put on the market, she has also been a great friend & listener. I would recommend Lisa as well as Lake Norman Realty to anyone! Thanks so much!!!

This is our 3rd time working with Lisa Newell at Lake Norman Realty. She always has a positive attitude and helped us so much during the process. She is extremely efficient and great to work with.

Lisa did a FANTASTIC job helping us navigate buying a home in a tough market. She really listened to us, showed remarkable knowledge of the area and different communities that would meet our needs, and walked with us from start to finish. When we found our home she offered forthright guidance on the realities of purchasing in this season and was willing to take a big leap with us. She cautioned us when appropriate and advocated for us with the sellers to ensure we got a fair deal. We cannot say enough about her knowledge and ability as our agent. We would not only use her again, but have already recommend her to many others.

Lisa Newell helped me sell my house for a great price. It’s been a pleasure working with her & LNR through this process. Now, on to buying a place to move in to.

Lisa Newell, worked with my son's & I to find the perfect home. She took time to get to know us & our needs. Lisa was my eyes, when I was overlooking anything which may be a problem for my autistic son or a major expense. I have referred other people to her, because I know she will truly work with to make sure they get a HOME versus an address.

Lisa was so amazing during our first home buying experience! She helped us to navigate everything and handled the new COVID procedures so well. She was always available to answer any questions or get us in to view a house.

Lisa was so easy to work with! She listened to what we were looking for in our new home and found us the perfect house! Lisa kept in constant touch with us during the process and always thoroughly explained it. Lisa is as genuine as they come!

We have been working with Lisa for years. She has managed our rental property, we sold a house with her, and bought a house with her. We are currently in search of our next home and she has been very patient with us during this difficult market. Lisa is great to work with and always has great advise whether it is representing us as the buyer or the seller. We would definitely recommend Lisa to all of our friends and family

Definitely a 5 star experience with Lisa’. She is warm, friendly and very helpful., Lisa has gone above and beyond my expectations and I recommend her highly. She knows her market . Lisa is a real professional !
