Lillie was awesome. A great advocate for us and highly recommended!

Lillie was a tremendous advocate for us during the entire process. We highly recommend her. If we move again we would definitely reach out to her and the CB team!

Relocating from Pennsylvania to North Carolina was a big move for us, and we needed a lot of guidance to make it happen smoothly. Lillie was an incredible resource from start to finish. Her communication was clear, timely, and always reassuring. She walked us through every step of the process with professionalism and genuine care. We truly couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey. Thanks to Lillie we felt confident and supported every step of the way. Tom and Aleen Rabuck.

Lillie is just a marvelous realtor! She is experienced, knowledgeable, persevering and dedicated to her clients. She is always upbeat and positive and looks at difficulty as opportunity. She is always interesting to talk with and shares her great sense of humor in conversation. We listed at our house at a time when the original builder was still building homes with the same floor plan as ours all around us and offering incentives in several different ways that we could not compete with. Lillie saw this as a great opportunity to showcase our upgrades and extras as things to differentiate our home from the new ones. It worked! She rewrote our property description in such a way as to create more interest in our house than in the new ones. We began to get additional showings and at one point we had had three written offers at the same time. Wow, talk about turning lemons into lemonade! We closed on our house and were thrilled at the terms and the offer. I seriously doubt that we would have sold our house at all had it not been for Lillie. The right realtor DOES make the difference! If you want results ending in success, choose Lillie and you'll be glad you did. FIVE STARS AND A BIG HOORAY FOR LILLIE!!!
