My review is long overdue. The Mio Sullivan and the Lederer team helped sell our home in Richmond this past March. I cannot recommend this team highly enough for your buying and selling needs. They are all very knowledgeable and prepared to help you with anything that comes up during the process. Mio helped us decide exactly what we should update inside the home in order to make it show its best without spending more than necessary. She had a team ready to go to handle the process making it easy for me to just approve and know it would be done. They all did excellent work on the house. Little unexpected things would pop up that she handled like a pro. For example, a major storm blew down a part of the backyard fence right before a showing and she secured it so that it wouldn't get worse and had a quote for repair and agreement from the neighbors before the next day. I'd love to say that our selling process was easy, but we ran into a few issues with our buyers. Thanks to Mio following all the rules and making sure she had everything done properly we were protected, but when it got to the point that we needed additional advice, Mark was there to lend his ideas and opinion. We valued their experience and opinion in helping us decide what to do to go forward. In the end, everything worked out very well and we are happy with our experience and results.
