Lauren is absolutely amazing!!! From the minute we met her she was kind and professional and wanted to help us find our new home. She worked well with our schdule and always communicated well to help us go and look at properties. She helped research some for us and put in a lot of effort to get us to a point to place an offer. She contacted sellers back and forth several times fighting for us on our behalf. Once under contract she did everything to make sure our process went smooth on her part. She helped us with navigating the buying world, contacting people that needed contacted, helping work with the selling realtor to schedule inspections and even coordinated really well with our lender to help make sure all was going well. We were set to go on a vacation a week prior to closing and Lauren made sure that vacation didn't get interrupted and encouraged us to relax and enjoy it despite being in the middle of closing process. She was always able to answer phone calls or texts and listen to us vent if need be as well. As closing day neared she helped make sure all was going well and helped me relax. Despite lots of hiccups with inspections for the purchase and issues with the lender we had she was gracious through it all . She was the best part of the process actually- other than the beautiful house we bought. She came to closing and shared in our excitement with us. Even after closing when we had a septic issue, she was quick to help contact the seller realtor again and get us professionals out to resolve an issue that wasn't resolved prior to closing. She was ALWAYS on our side and fighting to make things right and complete even after we closed. Many realtors wouldn't continue to make sure things are right after closing even if there turns up an issue but Lauren finishes the job right. She was kind, and professional and without her we wouldn't have our beautiful house. She works hard from day 1 till even after closing to make sure her clients get the best experience they deserve.
