Lauren is simply the best. But you've seen her reviews/ratings and likely already know that. I've used Lauren to both purchase and sell a home, and both experiences were amazing. She knows her stuff - in terms of what a house should look like to sell, the ins and outs of every neighborhood, etc. When touring houses with one of Lauren's colleagues one day, even they said they're amazed at how well all of Lauren's listings do, everything from the staging to the marketing is on-point. Outside of the selling/purchasing, when you partner with Lauren, it's almost like becoming part of her family, and she treats you that way. At times she'll have events throughout the year for past clients just as a thank you - even if it's been years since you purchased with her. Lauren was extremely accommodating. We were in Colorado and our daughter and her family were local to Lauren. She went with a 4 & 2 year old house hunting. Some houses were slightly scary while others were perfect. She never judged she just showed us and our daughter what we ask to see.
