Larry was everything we wanted in a realtor: smart, knowledgeable, responsive, available, and extremely helpful. He is very easy to work with and is always on top of things. We Emailed him with questions several times and he always answered promptly. He also worked well with our buyer's broker. Thanks, Larry, for helping us through this busy and sometimes confusing time. As a retired rea estate agent, it is great to list your home with a fantastic broker. Larry is the best! His calm personality rescued the deal several times which led to a successful closing. I highly recommend Larry.

Larry and Pete were perfect agents for us! Their communication and market knowledge were just what we needed to help guide us through the real estate market. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Larry and Pete were wonderful to work with. Transparency is key with me in dealing with selling a home. They listened to what I had to say and took it seriously on a consistent basis. They were always willing to help out while making this happen remote. Solid communication throughout. Gave solid advice on the market, trends, supporting data, comparable listings, etc.. Nice working with such professionals. I highly recommend Larry and Pete if you want a no-nonsense set of guys working on your behalf to get the value you deserve for your home. Thanks guys. I appreciate you both. Jon

Great advice, service and followup. Your market knowledge is spot on ! Thank you

Larry has been a friend and Realtor of ours for probably 31 years now and just does a great job. The first Condo we had, we bought in 1986 and Larry helped us sell that one in 1991 and buy another one, and then helped us sell that one and buy another one in 1994. Then gave us some advice on selling that one in 2021. Then he helped us buy the one we are in now in 2021. One of the great thing about working with Larry is you don't have to ask him to do anything he is always a step or two ahead of you and has it done already or it's in the process. He is also not afraid to tell you this is a bad deal or maybe we should look someplace else, and this is like having a true friend help us sell or buy a piece of property. It will be a sad day for us when he decides to retire. John and Janet Haines

Quite simply Larry far exceeded all of our expectations, If you are looking for a broker who deals with his clients with honesty and integrity, who always puts the clients needs first, look no further than Larry Agneberg. The recommendations Larry made to help get our home prepped and ready for a quick sale were spot on. Larry also had all the sales and marketing information we needed so we could price our home properly for our market and get the most money possible. All of this combined with the professional photo’s he ordered helped to get us an incredible offer the first day of listing. Just getting the offer was not the end of the story. The contracts and negotiations can be very stressful and if they aren’t handled properly can make the deal fall thru at the last minute. Then the whole process starts over. Larry’s years of experience really showed thru the artful and professional way he handled the contracts and negotiations for us. Larry truly made the entire process very stress free. Larry has very high standards, and if you are looking for one of the finest individuals to assist in selling or buying a home, please give Larry Agneberg a call.

"Larry worked very hard for us. He was very diligent and thorough in the process of researching the complex history of our property which we really appreciated. He anticipated prospective buyers needs and was prepared in advance. We especially loved how quick Larry was with his communication throughout the entire process and his availability at any time of day or night. We also benefited from his years of experience and understanding of the Vail market."

I worked closely with Larry Agneberg during the sale of my Red Sandstone Circle property, but I know that Pete Denise was behind the scenes and also working hard on my behalf. I was impressed from the very beginning with Larry's diligence. During the several months it took to get to closing, Larry never let down. He was always in contact, letting me know how showings were going or offering suggestions. Throughout this time, I have told many people what a great Realtor I think he is and would always recommend him. Berkshire Hathaway is fortunate to have both Larry and Pete.

Met Larry by chance playing golf and was immediately impressed with his good nature and integrity. Larry support in all of theses was extraordinary as he went well beyond the call of duty. Larry is off the charts in all areas. Only sorry there is not a higher rating!
