We’ve had the pleasure of working with our realtor since 2017, and we just completed our third real estate transaction with her! Over the years, she has consistently been knowledgeable, professional and an absolute joy to work with. Her expertise and guidance have made every experience feel smooth and reassuring, even through the stressful moments that come with buying and selling a home. But what truly sets her apart is the genuine care she has for her clients. After all these years, she has become so much more than our realtor she’s become like family. We’re incredibly grateful for the relationship we’ve built and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with such an important decision!

I had an amazing experience working with Nicolle! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail throughout the entire process. She was always timely, responsive, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Dave was great to work with and we highly recommend him. He has extensive local market knowledge in and around Eagle County and seems to be connected with everyone. His communication and responsiveness are top notch. While representing both the seller and the buyer, in this case, he was able to help articulate both our and the seller's negotiation points in a trustworthy way. We highly recommend Dave.

Jenny was amazing to work with. She is super organized and detail oriented, communicated with us clearly and thoroughly at every step of the way, and we felt very confident that she had our best interest at heart throughout the process.

Alisha is incredible! Truly above and beyond!

Larry was everything we wanted in a realtor: smart, knowledgeable, responsive, available, and extremely helpful. He is very easy to work with and is always on top of things. We Emailed him with questions several times and he always answered promptly. He also worked well with our buyer's broker. Thanks, Larry, for helping us through this busy and sometimes confusing time. Michelle's knowledge and instinct made selling my home the best experience it could be. She was spot on with her pricing advice and straightforward in her assessment of competing offers. Her familiarity with area professionals in real estate and related fields provided helpful insight at key points in the process. Michelle also is sensitive to the emotional ups and downs of selling a home, and she has a strong sense of ethics. I'm very grateful for her conscientious work and thoughtful guidance.

Danean is amazing! My wife and I are fulfilling our dream of living full time in the beauty of the Gore Valley. Danean talked with us to understand what we wanted and needed. We discussed the style of life we want to have and the budget we needed to work with. She helped us find the prettiest home in a truly amazing location. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, and she has lived in Vail for decades and has a wealth of experience. She knows the best neighborhoods, best restaurants, best trails, and where to find live music. We are so grateful for her help in guiding us to see homes, and helping us understand the pros and cons of our options. If you want a thoughtful and knowledgeable advocate, Danean is outstanding. We. Feel fortunate to have worked with her.

Great service. Trena has helped us with three moves (selling/moving and purchasing a new place). She has found exactly what we wanted each move. The teamwork of Trena and Brian provided excellent help in making the transaction happen efficiently.

I was most fortunate to have Paula Rohr as my expert real estate agent, especially when residing in another state. On a constant basis, Paula took extreme care in each step of my Grand Junction purchase. She explained what was going to take place with the each process, guiding me in unfamiliar territory, making sure that I was aware of time tables and the many aspects of purchasing, start to finish. There were many unexpected issues with my build, and Paula promptly went the extra mile to bat for me, the purchaser. At any time she may have been unavailable, Paula assuredly gave me the name and number of another agent, should I require assistance or have questions. I would definitely recommend Realtor Paula Rohr, her expertise and her friendly persona, for any real estate needs
