Kim had been referred to me when selling my home back in 2020. She was beyond wonderful to work with having my home sold in literal days and handling everything from scheduling appointments, all paperwork, and making sure I was informed every step of the way. When moving to buy the home we were renting early 2021, we decided to move forward with a transaction coordinator as we were working to buy the home from family and didn't need the services of a full blow realtor, just helping with administrative services.
