Kim Bowers-Dow is exceptional to work with in every respect that matters. She has exceptional experience in real estate, functions from a place of knowledge and integrity, communicates especially well with her clients and others involved in the sale and purchase process, and understands effective paths to resolve any concerns and issues that may arise. Kim applies expertise and her timely response commitment throughout the entire process—from the initial listing session through closing of the home sale-purchase. For example, when we needed to have a few repairs completed along the way, Kim typically shared several names of competent individuals or businesses who were able to do the work at reasonable prices. This kept the process on track and illuminated delays. With Kim at the helm, out home received 5 offers within 3 days of listing—and Kim reviewed each offer with us, affording a complete, professional comparison. In short, if we were again buying or selling a home in Michigan, we would start and end with Kim Bowers-Dow. Every time. Ron & Holly Pribble Kalamazoo
