5 star service Kelly made us feel like we were VIPs. She’s very knowledgeable, knows the ins and outs and kept the ball rolling so we could make our very tight closing time. Thank you Kelly Ham, we so appreciate you!

Kelly is fantastic! We needed to sell our home quickly and Kelly was a vital part in making it happen. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the area and all the moving parts of the selling process are top level. Loved the energy and can do approach she brought to selling our home. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. So appreciate Kelly, can’t recommend her enough!

Kelly walked us through the whole process before we even started looking at homes. She spent the time making sure we understood all of the details involved in purchasing a home and also listening to our needs and wants in a property. Kelly was in communication with us everyday letting us know about each step and about possible homes that were for sale. She is extremely detail oriented and an expert in each phase of the purchase of a new home. We felt listened to and well cared for during the whole process. She continued to give us a balanced viewpoint and advise each step of the way. Buying a new home can be a very stressful and exciting process and Kelly was a great person to have walking us through each step and finally to the purchase of our new home.

What can be said about Kelly Ham that hasn't already been said about Beyonce? She knows her profession so well. She worked harder than I could have expected. She really made us feel like she cared about our home and understood our needs. She took time to educate, inform, and even entertain us! She always looked lovely, brought a warm and determined energy to every meeting, and she took great care of us as our broker. We are so grateful that she was part of our home buying experience.

Selecting Kelly Ham to be our realtor was the best decision my husband and I could have made! She is very professional and knowledgeable at what she does. She is up on all the latest marketing technology and had our house sold five days after listing. She was so much fun and helpful and guided us through every step of the way during the whole process. We felt like she always had our backs! You absolutely can’t go wrong with Kelly Ham, the dancing broker!

I would like to start by thanking Kelly who helped me and my sister sell our mother’s home. She was always present when we needed her and she helped us in so many ways and we are forever grateful. From the beginning we felt that we were in great hands. Wish I had more than 300 characters to respond.

Kelly was such a great resource for assisting us prep the house, and was a tremendous advocate for us during the sale process.Kelly was on top of everything and made the sale as smooth as possible.

Kelly took very good care of us, helping us with suggestions to get the house ready for the market and finding us reputable teams to come and address issues that needed updating. Kelly worked with us in terms of staging and explained everything in the process and tactfully suggested things for us to consider, explaining the pros and cons. She helped us present an old house with accurate descriptions of the condition of the house. And she replied VERY QUICKLY to our calls and questions. I very much appreciated her explanations, quick responses, and attention to all the details. Things went very smoothly because she stayed on top of the situations as we prepared to go on the market. Thank you, Kelly!
