Kelly took very good care of us, helping us with suggestions to get the house ready for the market and finding us reputable teams to come and address issues that needed updating. Kelly worked with us in terms of staging and explained everything in the process and tactfully suggested things for us to consider, explaining the pros and cons. She helped us present an old house with accurate descriptions of the condition of the house. And she replied VERY QUICKLY to our calls and questions. I very much appreciated her explanations, quick responses, and attention to all the details. Things went very smoothly because she stayed on top of the situations as we prepared to go on the market. Thank you, Kelly!
