Originally from Rhode Island and raised in New Hampshire, Kelly moved to Vermont over 23 years ago, drawn by the beauty of the Green Mountains and the opportunity to be part of his family's successful restaurant business. After years of overseeing daily operations and growing the brand, he transitioned from serving guests to serving clients-translating his entrepreneurial spirit and customer-first approach into a thriving real estate career. Kelly's foundation in service began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an Infantry Squad Leader. That experience-marked by integrity, resilience, and precision-continues to inform his approach in real estate. He later earned a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and went on to work with The Vanguard Group, helping clients navigate their financial futures with clarity and confidence. Today, Kelly is proud to call Shelburne home, where he lives with his wife, Sara, their daughter, Ella, and their rescue dog, Leila. Deeply connected to the local community, he serves on the board of RunVermont and the Mater Christi School, and spends his free time exploring the region's natural beauty through running, hiking, and photography.
