We cannot express enough how amazing Kelli was regarding our first home-buying experience. We are moving to San Diego from Los Angeles, so we were unable to check out the properties we liked in person in a timely manner. Kelli was incredibly helpful and she went to numerous houses alone within only a day or two of us finding them and would FaceTime us from all of the properties and also sent us videos that she took with any other information we needed from the seller's agent. The market is totally insane right now and inventory in San Diego is very low, so in order to successfully be able to even get a bid in, you need to act quickly, as it is extremely competitive. Kelli went above and beyond. The one time we were able to go to San Diego in person to check out some properties with Kelli, she surprised me by discouraging us from certain properties that had red flags that we would likely not want to get involved with in the long run. I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I think there are definitely some other agents who would just want their clients to buy something as soon as possible, regardless of whether it was a smart financial decision. That was very telling, and we knew we could trust Kelli in helping us the best way possible with such an important life decision. We ended up finding a property that we loved and Kelli was there within 12 hours of us telling her about it as we were not able to get to SD ourselves. And just 24 hours after that, our offer had been accepted! We could not be happier with our choice of working with Kelli, and have already recommended her to our friends and family in San Diego. If we ever buy or sell again in the future we will 100% be working with Kelli. She is the best!!!
