They helped my 90 year old father sell his house in a process that took several years to unfold, and the whole time they were not only super real estate agents, they were also good friends to him and his family. They went the extra mile for him more times than I can count. And they were successful in matching him with the perfect buyer for the home that he loved and had lived in for decades. I also give them credit for managing so many details and aspects of a transaction that, through no fault of theirs, became more complex than anyone could have expected. WHAT A TEAM!! Kim and Keith worked with us for several months on trips down from Virginia Beach to help us find a home. With each trip they betterunderstand our schizophrenic desires which changed over the course of time. Unable to find a house we moved to Mt Pleasant and with Keith's help found an unfurnished rental in Park West where we lived as we and the Pruitts combed the surrounding area for the next couple of months. Ultimately, a house came on the market, Keith showed it to us on day 3 and we wrote a contract. It. turns out that our offer was accepted by the sellers and to our surprise it was less than another offer that was written. The relaxed and honest demeanor of the Pruitt's must have put the sellers in a comfortable spot as , they told me later that the "personal relationship of the sale was more important to them that the money. We had a three month timeline to find and purchase a home and move in. We made a.ciuple of trips fown from Virginia Beach. Unfortunateu I , not my wife, was extremely schizophrenic on evaluating and purchasing a house. Keith and Kim after five or six showings began to understand what it was we were looking for. I must admit that we had to go way up on our price point to find a home that we wanted and it was an educational process. Ordinarily, that can be frustrating for an agent but Kim and Keith understood our situation and our plan to purchase and worked with us. A house came on the market and they showed it to us within three days we put an offer which went to see a successful conclusion. Realistically, the sellers apparently had so much confidence in the demeanor of Kim and Keith that with our offer (which was lower than other offers) was accepted and we now have a fantastic house in Park West whivh would not of been possible without the Pruitt‘s. Keith was extremely honest as, when we walked into the various properties he gave his perspective, on the good or bad aspects of the property, but at no time was pressure an issue. His relaxed demeanor made the anxiety provoking process of searching for and purchasing a house extremely easy. Clearly the Pruitts are the way to go.
