WHAT A TEAM!! Kim and Keith worked with us for several months on trips down from Virginia Beach to help us find a home. With each trip they betterunderstand our schizophrenic desires which changed over the course of time. Unable to find a house we moved to Mt Pleasant and with Keith's help found an unfurnished rental in Park West where we lived as we and the Pruitts combed the surrounding area for the next couple of months.
Ultimately, a house came on the market, Keith showed it to us on day 3 and we wrote a contract. It. turns out that our offer was accepted by the sellers and to our surprise it was less than another offer that was written.
The relaxed and honest demeanor of the Pruitt's must have put the sellers in a comfortable spot as , they told me later that the "personal relationship of the sale was more important to them that the money.
