This is the third time Kathy has been my agent. She is very professional, skilled, and makes each real estate transaction flawless. I highly recommend her to my friends and acquaintances.
Kathy was excellent. She is very knowledgable, experienced and was very responsive to questions. I always had confidence in any advice she gave to us. I would recommend her to anyone.
Kathy, was very attentive and responsive from the very first meeting. She is extremely knowledgeable and her experience and presence is what drove us to continue to work with her for the nearly 9 month search for our new home.
We appreciated her quick responses to all of our calls, texts and emails. She made the selling and buying process less stressful and everything went very smooth at both closings.
Kathy did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to deal with this property owned by two recently divorced customers. She needed to communicate with each of us individually and yet ensure we were in synch regarding the process. She did this seamlessly despite many challenges. I am completely impressed with the level of professionalism she provided and thank her from the bottom of my heart. Phenomenal job!!!
My boyfriend and I were young first time home buyers and Kathy made the process seamless for us. At every listing we visited, Kathy would help to educate us on things we may not have known or seen. Kathy wasn’t just trying to sell us a place, she was trying to help to find us a home which we truly appreciated. Every question we had, no matter the time of the day/night/day of the week, she would answer right away. Kathy was the absolute BEST and she made this scary process go over so effortlessly and now we have a home!!!! We would recommend Kathy to anyone and will be using her again when the time comes!!
Kathy McDonald has been my realtor for many years. She has helped us buy homes as well as all three of my adult children. Through each purchase she has been the consummate professional. Very honest and straightforward when answering questions, and pointing out things that we need to know before selecting a home.
I would highly recommend Kathy McDonald to represent you as your realtor for finding the perfect home to fit your needs, your budget and your lifestyle
Kathy was professional, calm, clear and concise with her delivery. She made you feel that she was working for you and not just for the $. It was a pleasant experience to have a professional with that approach in this industry. Highly recommend her.
